Excellent customer service
I've always adored Olive and Cocoa's items on catalogue and online but haven't really ordered anything. This Christmas I decided to order an item for me and an item for my sister. I received a notice letting me know my sister's pkg wasn't going to be delivered to my sister. As one might expect, I was extremely disappointed since I've carefully timed the delivery to reach her by Christmas. Customer service sent me a message that they will make sure it will get there by Christmas and will refund my money.,I was quite surprised but very pleased that they have gone above and beyond to appease me. My sister did receive her pkg on time and she loved the nuts and other food items in the beautiful container. Thanks Olive and Cocoa for your classy response to my displeasure. I'll definitely keep visiting your sites for birthdays and holidays.

A Bountiful, Brilliant Gift!
I sent this as a holiday gift to friends who are trying to avoid sweets. They raved about how wonderful the dried fruit is and said they are thoroughly enjoying the assortment of nuts as well. I was so pleased to hear their reaction. It's a beautifully arranged display and makes a bountiful gift!

Lots to Taste!
Loved this package - there was a large variety of items to try. Everything was wonderful! We also had our corporate logo inscribed on the front of the box which made this gift even more special and personalized!

Extremely fresh
I have been purchasing Olive and Cocoa for sometime now. I have never been disappointed with the freshness, presentation and selection. Lauren is amazing to work with and provides exceptional customer service. These make incredible business gifts, as well as personal gifts. Great International Gift

Beautiful Presentation

I bought the Harvest dried Fruit & Nut Medley to test the products, gift wrapping and shipment. I am very satisfied with all; product was great and wrapping excellent, beautiful and elegant done. Order was shipped the day I asked and delivered on perfect time, this was a week before thansgiving. I will order again!

A very nice selection of fruits and nuts, individually packaged to preserve freshness in a nest of paper excelsior. Nice wooden box. Thanks to Olive and Cocoa for months of treats.
